So just finished my new build and everything is perfect and quiet but I did notice the corsair h80i fans are not spinning yet, temp idles around 40C and only gets. It's a Corsair RM850 and I just wanted to make sure this isn't normal. It's would be my luck that it would have an internal switch that only uses the fan when needed. It's easy enough to replace a fan though you do need to be very careful that the caps are fully discharged. There are PSUs that do not spin the fan at all unless they are under a decent load.
